1. Introduction

The maryams.ae Affiliate Program allows individuals and businesses (“Affiliates”) to earn commission by promoting our products through approved marketing channels.

By joining the program, you agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn commission based on the following rates:

• Fragrance Products: 10% commission per successful sale
• All Other Products: 2% commission per successful sale

Commission is calculated on the net product price (excluding shipping fees, taxes, discounts, and refunds).

3. Qualified Sales

A sale qualifies for commission when:

• The customer completes a purchase using your unique affiliate link
• Payment is successfully received
• The order is not canceled, refunded, or returned

If a product is refunded or canceled, the related commission will be deducted.

Payment Terms

• Commissions are calculated automatically based on successful and completed sales.

• A verification period may apply to account for returns, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: AED 100.

• Affiliates may request withdrawal once their available commission balance reaches AED 100 or more.

• Payments will be made via bank transfer or another approved payment method.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

• Use spam email marketing
• Run misleading advertisements
• Bid on brand keywords without written permission
• Use fake orders or fraudulent methods
• Misrepresent product pricing or claims

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates may promote through:

• Social media
• Websites & blogs
• Influencer content
• Email marketing (with consent-based lists)

All promotions must reflect accurate product information from maryams.ae.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject any affiliate application
• Terminate an affiliate account at any time
• Withhold unpaid commissions in case of policy violation

Affiliates may also terminate participation at any time by written notice.

8. Modification of Terms

Maryam International LLC reserves the right to modify commission rates or program terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page.
